Customer Service Representative
You are expected to Contribute to the store operation by providing excellent customer service over the phone or face to face. Following the guidelines set out by SK Group and Domino’s Pizza.
Key Skills
Able to work quickly, and to ‘hustle positively’ during the busy periods (rush).
Able to accurately handle counter and phone orders, cash and card transactions.
Able to communicate verbally, to be clearly understood and to remain courteous at all times.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, basic keyboard skills.
Pizza Maker
Produce high quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.
Key Skills
Able to work quickly, and to ‘hustle positively’ during the busy periods.
Able to learn and understand the pizza codes to produce the correct products.
Understanding food safety and how it can affect the business.
Driver
Providing excellent customer service whilst delivering the customers hot fresh order in a safe, timely manner.
Key Skills
Able to communicate verbally, to be understood and to remain courteous at all times.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, basic keyboard skills.
Having good understanding of the local delivery area.
Taking orders over the phone when not taking deliveries to help maximise sales and delivery opportunities.
Shift Manager
To assist and deputise for the Assistant Manager or Store Manager. Taking full responsibility for the running of a shift in the absence of the Store Management.
Key Skills
Able to motivate and drive a team to deliver results.
Following correct procedures at all times to ensure the high standards of the company are met.
Have good knowledge on food hygiene standards and adhering to the standards at all times.
Makes decisions on stock control including disposing of out of date food, replenishment of stock levels, food rotation. Managing labour targets.
Assistant Manager
Taking full responsibility for the running of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. To provide support to the manager in managing the resources of the store including staff, stock, product quality, marketing initiatives, sales targets and financial management to increase unit sales and capitalise on sales opportunities.
Key Skills
Ability to build sales and business relationships and manage people fairly.
Ability to make decisions whilst under pressure during busy periods.
Ability to manage time effectively to ensure store operational tasks are achieved.
Following correct procedures at all times to ensure the high standards of the company are met.
Have good knowledge on food hygiene standards and adhering to the standards at all times.
Fast Food Restaurant Manager
To set, implement standard operating procedures and service standard of the store and manage the staff for pre-assigned both front and back of the house to ensure agreed brand standards are achieved.
Key Skills
Able to manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff according to company polices and employment laws and managing store's crew in a way encourages good working conditions, low staff turnover and superb customer service.
Plan and implement marketing strategy and activities whilst effectively as directed by the Area Manager.
Area Manager
Area Manager is tasked with identifying, advocating and development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets, compiles and analyses sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and undertakes market research.
Key Skills
Able to develop sales action plans to ensure sales and profitability targets are achieved.
Develop sales plans incorporating budgets, marketing plans and local store marketing.
